As Director of Pearl, Levi works closely with our clients. He believes that clear and consistent communication is the foundation of every successful project. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident throughout every stage of the project.

A natural problem solver, Levi thrives under pressure and enjoys finding practical solutions to complex challenges while putting clients’ minds at ease. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, he strives to deliver every project safely, accurately and on schedule.

Merryn Beaumont

Chief Operations Officer

Working behind the scenes, Merryn plays a vital role in keeping Pearl running smoothly. She oversees our day-to-day administration and operations while also preparing detailed and accurate tenders and quotations for our clients. Merryn coordinates all site-specific SWMS and pre-commencement documentation, ensuring every project is organised, compliant and ready to be delivered safely and efficiently.
